Welcome to our Schoolhouse! We are Larry and Cindy Lopez Elwell. It’s a funny thing when you are a teacher, married to a teacher: you either spend your time together talking about work or work related issues or you work really hard to find other things to say to each other. This blog is our attempt to focus our inevitable “work” discussions and create a place for them to live and play and grow. Hopefully, you will join in the conversation and share your thoughts with us, we will certainly be sharing ours with you.
Combined, we have over have over 50 years of experience as classroom teachers, mentors, coaches, administrators, teacher educations, and parents. From time to time, we have the great pleasure and honor to share that experience with other teachers in professional development trainings.
